Japanese sashiko thread

Sturdy, top-grade cotton embroidery thread from the Japanese manufacturer Olympus is a guarantee of quality. For best results, use a Japanese sashiko needle – it won’t bend and has just the right length. However, the traditional choice for sashiko is a cotton fabric woven especially for this purpose. Sashiko fabrics come in solid colors or have a wash-out template printed on.
