Delivery and payment
1. Terms of delivery
We ship with FedEx and DHL Express. It generally takes 1–3 business days to get your order out the door. Once the package is on its way, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been sent.
The cost of delivery depends on the total weight of the goods sent. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically at checkout in most cases.
- FedEx will deliver to your address the next day (Priority). Some destinations may take longer. FedEx will send an email with package tracking information.
- DHL Express will deliver to your address usually within 2-5 days depending on the destination country.
2. Terms of payment
You may choose to pay for your order by any of the following methods.
- Bank transfer – Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email with payment information. There may be a slight delay when paying by bank transfer – your package will be sent when the payment arrives in our account. You can send your bank confirmation of funds transfer to us by email to speed up the process.
- Credit card – Credit card payments are processed through the GoPay portal. Credit card payments are processed immediately.
- PayPal – Payment by PayPal is available for international orders. You will need a PayPal account or can enter credit card information.
VAT – Our prices include 20% value added tax.
