Exchanges and returns in four simple steps
- Sign in to your account. Not registered? No problem. You can pull up your order using the order number.
- Choose the goods you want to return or exchange. Different color or size? Something else entirely? No problem.
- Double check, add a note and your bank info so we can send a refund if necessary.
- Send us the item you are returning – use whichever carrier you prefer.
Common questions
How do I return a purchase?
We accept returns of unused goods within 30 days of purchase. Returning is easy. Just fill out the online Returns form. After sending it, you will have all of the information you need to return the items. You can use the carrier of your choice (send for free via Zasilkovna if you are in the Czech Republic) at your own cost. Please send goods unused, and in the original packaging. Thank you!
When do I get my money back?
As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will check to make sure they have not be damaged. If everything is alright, we will refund your money as soon as possible and you will receive your refund within 14 days of our receiving your package.
Can I exchange my purchase for something else?
Yes, we accept exchanges. Just go to the online Returns form and follow the instructions for exchanges that you find on the form. Pay any difference in price, or if you are owed a refund, the form will ask you to enter your bank information so that we can refund you the difference. Exchanges are essentially governed by the same rules as returns. Goods that you return must be unused and in the original packaging. Thank you!
