Thanks to its lightness and breathability, this fine poplin is an ideal summer fabric - it is light, airy and pleasantly cool on the body. But you will be comfortable in it all year round - the fabric is very pleasant on the skin and you will love wearing a blouse or shirt made of it even in winter under a sweater.

It is also great for layering - for example under a sweater or jacket in the colder months. Light shades can be a bit see-through - we recommend discreet underwear, or a soft lining, such as voile or habutaj.
This poplin combines the softness of lyocell with the strength and durability of nylon. It feels soft and natural on the body, but can handle a more demanding day.

When we think of poplin, we usually think of a stiffer cotton shirt fabric, but this fine poplin made from high-quality lyocell is something completely different: it is light, flowing and has a subtle sheen reminiscent of silk, but unlike silk, it is easy to maintain and sews well.
Machine wash at 30°C, iron on silk or wool setting. Due to the delicate nature of the fabric, we recommend spinning at a very low speed - gentler treatment will extend its lifespan.
Most of our fabrics are one-time offers that last until they are sold out. However, some more popular items are always restocked or can be ordered on request. As a rule, this applies to notions, where the selection is pretty consistent, but may also include some types of fabric.
